1. What time is check‑in and check‑out?

Check‑in is after 3:00 PM and check‑out is by 11:00 AM. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available depending on cleaning schedules.

2. How do I access the building?

The complex includes 16 townhouses. The main gate requires a code to enter. The townhouse door can be opened using a passcode, a provided key fob, or NFC on your phone. Visitors can communicate through the intercom and entry can be granted using the remote “buzz‑in” door release.

3. Is the beach within walking distance?

Yes. Tamarindo Beach is approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the property.

4. Is parking available?

Yes. Limited secure on‑site parking is available and street parking is also nearby.

5. Does the condo have air conditioning?

Yes. Independent air‑conditioning units keep the living areas and bedrooms comfortable.

6. Is Wi‑Fi available?

Yes. High‑speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the condo and works well for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

7. Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with filtered water and ice, stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, coffee maker, hot‑water kettle, cookware, dishes, utensils, complimentary tea and instant coffee, and a dishwasher.

8. Is the water safe to drink?

Tap water in Tamarindo is generally safe, but guests not accustomed to the local supply may prefer filtered or bottled water.

9. Are towels and linens provided?

Yes. Bath towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided.

10. Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes. A washer and dryer are available along with laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.

15. What transportation options are available?

Guests commonly use rental cars, taxis, private shuttle services, golf cart rentals, and local tour transportation.

16. Are tours and excursions available nearby?

17. Is Tamarindo safe?

Tamarindo is considered one of the safest beach towns in Costa Rica, but guests should still take normal travel precautions.

Costa Rica emergency number: 911. Ambulance: 128. Nearby services include medical clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals in Liberia.

19. Do you provide beach gear?

Beach towels are provided. Surfboards, umbrellas, and chairs can be rented locally in town.

20. What wildlife might we see?

Tamarindo is home to monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds, sea turtles (seasonal), and dolphins. Please respect wildlife and avoid feeding animals.
